Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western Near Seaworld San Antonio, San Antonio

The hotel rooms were not properly cleaned, especially the WC and shower were filthy, with food in the pull-out mattress, juice on the wall and mirror, trash on the bathroom floor, and previous tenant's makeup left on the floor. Despite this, the rooms were spacious and nicely finished. The service was excellent, with pleasant, helpful, and engaging staff. However, the location was being painted during our stay, although it had easy access to the highway leading to SeaWorld. The dining experience was pretty decent, doing the trick, though the breakfast was about what you'd expect for a free hotel meal. One positive was that the hotel was comfy, with several restaurants nearby. On the downside, the breakfast was really bland, and Best Western was more appealing in terms of pricing. Overall, the hotel's facilities were good, and the price was reasonable considering the value offered.

The location was convenient, especially for those visiting Lackland AFB, although ongoing painting may have affected the overall ambiance.
